What brings you to Cadis?
A look into your journey and your role within the team.
I’ve been with CADIS since 2004 (21 years). From the start, I helped build our server-side base frameworks, server architectures and server infrastructures. I’m particularly proud of having launched several new products as well as the complete CADIS SaaS solution. Today I lead R&D and IT—with a focus on stability, scalability, and measurable value for our customers
What’s your professional background?

German Diplom (Univ.) in Computer Science with a focus on server architecture, algorithms, data structures and networking. Over the years at CADIS, I have repeatedly designed, built, and scaled platform foundations, led cross-functional teams, and driven the transition toward SaaS. I currently lead the R&D and IT departments, optimize development and operations (e.g., automation, observability, security-by-design), and translate product goals into robust, operable systems.
What drives you outside of work?
Your hobbies, passions or how you recharge your energy.
When new CPU generations launch, I’m the first to run benchmarks—performance tuning is practically a hobby
