Es geht um mehr als nur das Schreiben von User Stories und das Setzen von Priorit\u00e4ten. Es geht darum, gemeinsam mit dem Team zu definieren, zu verfeinern und auszuhandeln, wie mit diesen Stories ein Mehrwert f\u00fcr die Nutzer geschaffen werden kann, um geeignete und nachhaltige L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr das Produkt und unsere Kunden zu finden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dies geschieht durch<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ermittlung der wichtigsten Interessengruppen,<\/li>\n<li>Verst\u00e4ndnis des Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichs und dessen Anforderungen sowie deren Wert f\u00fcr die Benutzer,<\/li>\n<li>sie zu pr\u00e4zisieren, und<\/li>\n<li>die notwendigen Schritte f\u00fcr ein schrittweises Vorgehen zu priorisieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\"Es geht weniger um eine klassische Funktionsbeschreibung als vielmehr darum, den Nutzer zu definieren und den Wert der neuen Funktion f\u00fcr den Nutzer zu beschreiben\", so Kim.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu geh\u00f6rt die Definition und\/oder Benennung der Persona und die Beschreibung des Ziels, das die Persona mit der entsprechenden Aktion\/Ma\u00dfnahme erreichen will. Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch die Kl\u00e4rung der Gr\u00fcnde, warum wir eine Funktion integrieren. Der Product Owner und das Team versuchen zu verstehen, wie man den Wert f\u00fcr den Nutzer maximieren kann und wieso der Nutzer das haben m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Maximierung des Produktwerts<\/h3>\n<p>Da Kunde und Endnutzer in der Regel nicht identisch sind, muss der Produktverantwortliche sich f\u00fcr beide Seiten einsetzen. Die Logistikbranche ist nicht so innovativ, wie sie sein k\u00f6nnte. Technische, innovative Visionen m\u00fcssen auch den Nutzen des Endnutzers ber\u00fccksichtigen, um ein optimales Nutzererlebnis zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Die Interessengruppen wollen diese Ideen oft nicht sehen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\"\u00c4ndere niemals ein laufendes System\"<\/h3>\n<p>Ein Satz, den Produktbesitzer nicht mehr h\u00f6ren k\u00f6nnen ...<\/p>\n<p>Unser Produktentwicklungsprozess basiert auf SCRUM mit einem inkrementellen Ansatz f\u00fcr komplexe L\u00f6sungen. Wir besprechen mit dem Kunden schrittweise Ma\u00dfnahmen. So binden wir unsere Kunden fr\u00fchzeitig ein.
