What brings you to Cadis?
A look into your journey and your role within the team.
I joined CADIS in 2018 as a Project Manager for Hardware, where I was able to put my troubleshooting skills to good use to navigate complex management challenges.
Over the years, teams and organizational structures have changed many times, making it both a challenging and enriching experience to continue developing as a Project Manager and later transition into my current role as Key Account Manager at CADIS.
What truly makes me happy is ensuring that my clients feel genuinely cared for and receive the best possible solutions to support their growth.

Before joining CADIS, I spent 20 years in supply chain management, building the foundation to drive efficient project execution and advise customers as a Key Account Manager.
I spent 10 years at Michelin, supporting the company’s expansion in Eastern Europe by establishing and leading supply chain and internal distribution teams, optimizing logistics networks, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple countries.
Later, at 3S Photonics, I specialized in frontend planning for wafer and chip manufacturing, coordinating between European production sites and Asian suppliers to align capacity, materials, and delivery timelines.
These experiences have strengthened my project management skills, combining strategic vision with operational rigor.
What drives you outside of work?
Your hobbies, passions or how you recharge your energy.
I love sharing precious moments with family and friends — whether surrounded by the incredible natural treasures we discover while wandering, or gathered around a table to share a meal (french of course!) we’ve prepared together.
And I'm very curious about Korean culture.
