Il s'agit de d\u00e9finir, d'affiner et de n\u00e9gocier la mani\u00e8re de fournir de la valeur pour l'utilisateur avec ces histoires, en collaboration avec son \u00e9quipe, afin de trouver des solutions appropri\u00e9es et durables pour le produit et nos clients.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cela se fait par<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>identifier les principaux acteurs,<\/li>\n<li>comprendre le domaine d'activit\u00e9 et les exigences, ainsi que leur valeur pour les utilisateurs,<\/li>\n<li>en les clarifiant, et<\/li>\n<li>hi\u00e9rarchiser les \u00e9tapes n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 une approche progressive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\" Il s'agit moins de d\u00e9crire une fonctionnalit\u00e9 classique que de d\u00e9finir l'utilisateur et de d\u00e9crire la valeur de la nouvelle fonctionnalit\u00e9 pour l'utilisateur \", comme le souligne Kim.<\/p>\n<p>Cela implique d'attribuer et\/ou de nommer le persona, et de d\u00e9crire l'objectif de ce que le persona veut atteindre avec l'action\/la mesure correspondante. Le secteur de la logistique n'est pas aussi innovant qu'il pourrait l'\u00eatre. Les visions techniques et innovantes doivent \u00e9galement prendre en compte les avantages pour l'utilisateur final afin de lui offrir la meilleure exp\u00e9rience possible.
