Ils sont \u00e9galement charg\u00e9s de veiller \u00e0 ce que le produit final r\u00e9ponde aux normes fix\u00e9es par le client.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, nous coordonnons et g\u00e9rons directement les \u00e9quipes impliqu\u00e9es dans le projet.<\/p>\n<p>Les chefs de projet sont le principal point de communication avec le client. Ils assurent l'interaction entre le client et l'\u00e9quipe de projet CADIS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00e2ches des chefs de projet<\/h3>\n<p>Les t\u00e2ches sont vari\u00e9es et comprennent toutes les phases du projet, en voici les principales :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planification, \u00e9valuation et allocation des ressources techniques, organisationnelles et humaines.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination de l'\u00e9quipe de d\u00e9veloppement du produit : \u00e9tablir le calendrier en fonction des ressources, fixer les priorit\u00e9s, analyser les difficult\u00e9s et mettre en place des solutions avec les \u00e9quipes internes et le client.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse des demandes des clients (en collaboration avec un conseiller en produits).<\/li>\n<li>Diriger les r\u00e9unions de cl\u00f4ture du projet et les comit\u00e9s de pilotage avec tous les partenaires.<\/li>\n<li>Gestion administrative, budg\u00e9taire et financi\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>Anticiper les risques (techniques, financiers, contractuels...) et mettre en place des actions pr\u00e9ventives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Notre m\u00e9thode<\/h3>\n<p>\" Pour presque tous les projets, nous nous appuyons d\u00e9sormais sur nos \ud835\ude58\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude59\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude68 de produits configurables au lieu de d\u00e9velopper une solution \u00e0 partir de z\u00e9ro. Il est donc particuli\u00e8rement important de remettre en question les processus existants, d'impliquer les utilisateurs cl\u00e9s \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce et de garantir ainsi leur acceptation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Le succ\u00e8s des projets d\u00e9pend fortement de la volont\u00e9 de changement.
