tr\u00e8s bonnes exp\u00e9riences ! Plusieurs t\u00e2ches d'accompagnement qui, par le pass\u00e9, co\u00fbtaient beaucoup de temps, ne sont plus n\u00e9cessaires. Par exemple, le conducteur de man\u0153uvre n'a plus besoin de saisir manuellement les ordres de man\u0153uvre dans une liste de t\u00e2ches s\u00e9par\u00e9e. Au poste de contr\u00f4le, il n'est plus n\u00e9cessaire de fusionner toutes les informations pertinentes provenant d'e-mails, d'appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques et de fichiers individuels ; elles sont maintenant simplement affich\u00e9es dans <b>cadis<\/b>\u00ae et sont disponibles pour tous en mode direct. Le transfert imm\u00e9diat et automatis\u00e9 des informations conduit \u00e0 des temps de r\u00e9action \"super rapides\". Dominik Klubertanz est le chef de projet responsable de notre gestion centrale des processus et a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 nos c\u00f4t\u00e9s pendant la pr\u00e9paration et la mise en service. Il a \u00e9galement accompagn\u00e9 la mise en \u0153uvre du Yard Management dans les installations de Geis au pr\u00e9alable et conna\u00eet le programme sur le bout des doigts.
