rapport de déchargement

Le rapport de déchargement is, on the one hand, electronic information for the exploitant and, on the other hand, written documentation of the unloading of vehicles in groupage transport. The latter is part of the carrier’s accompanying documents.

Le rapport de déchargement is necessary so that the exploitant knows in what condition and at what time the freight order was fulfilled. In addition, the exploitant knows whether any measures are to be taken to notify the customer by means of subsequent delivery of goods that have been delivered too little or return transport of goods that have been delivered too much or are defective – which cannot be remedied.
